Showroom had plenty of choice at a reasonable price. Showroom staff excellent knowledge and really helpful. The real test is how comfortable the mattress is - it is really good, I no longer wake in the night feeling bruised. I would recommend checking this company out. Delivery drivers were really helpful too.

From the start to finish, factory direct were amazing, the friendliness from the sales team to the manager and even the operations manager too. A very knowledgeable sales team with great advice about what works best with their products and their communications regarding delivery and the help available should there be problems… which there was for us, we were having trouble attaching the headboard to the base and upon contacting factory direct, not only did they come out a couple of hours later, saw what was the issue and after returning the next day, had the issue fully resolved. A massive thanks to Cerys and Scott at factory direct for helping sort this hiccup. This is the second bed we’ve bought from factory direct, the first being our sons first grown up bed which he loves. I would tell anyone to go to this company for a real deal. There should be a sixth or seventh star for them as they really do deserve it.

Purchased a Helix Stafford mattress nearly three weeks ago and very pleased with it. Very comfortable and I am no longer waking up with back pain. Great advice and information from both Cerys and Carmel in the shop where I was encouraged to try the beds on display to suit my needs. Excellent service and mattress. Called in to look at a bed and mattress deal for my teenager son. Staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful, and when we went back to place the order our delivery was arranged for the following week. All delivered on time but an incorrect mattress was sent. It was close to closing time but the store went out of their way to ensure they could arrange a replacement and collection by just after lunch the following day. We also needed a few replacement slats and whilst they didn’t have them in store, they were able to direct us to a local factory that did and then the staff at Factory Direct cut them to size for us. Amazing staff and fantastic service. Would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t think twice about buying from them again. Always a pleasure to use a local businesss.

I cannot thank the team enough for all of their help with regard to sorting out a headboard for me. Cerys has gone above and beyond to help me find the best headboard at the right size to be made for my bed. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough even Scott in the workshop with his quirky sense of humour made the purchase personable. This company aren’t just a bed company who want to take your money they are a company who want to make sure you have the right bed for your needs and it’s a bonus that you purchase from them as they are so lovely. The service is impeccable, on time, funny, they always get back to you, double check everything with you - things you wouldn’t even think of. We were delighted with our purchase of a King Size Helix Stafford bed. This is the second Helix bed we bought as we found our first one so comfortable.
