Further to a hotel visit where we found a mattress that was so comfortable we enquired who supplied it, we found Factory Beds Direct. Richard spent nearly two hours with us patiently explaining products. We went ahead and bought 2 beds complete

Katie provided a brilliant personable service very helpful and informative. Able to solve a matteress problem I had left far to long to sort. I took my 91 year old mother to look for a new mattress at the factory in Barwell. She is suffering with permanent back pain which is aggravated by her current mattress when she sleeps at night. The sales assistants, Theresa and Katy, were fantastic and very helpful and knowledgeable. Theresa helped and advised my mother for most of the visit and we purchased a mattress that my mother was very happy with. We have tried various bed suppliers over the last couple of years and I have to say that this has been without doubt, the best experience and guidance we have received. It has been quite a trying time attempting to sort a mattress out for my mother, but it has now been done and my mother is very, very happy. Thank you so much Factory Direct Beds and Theresa for your help, we really cannot recommend you highly enough 😀

The lovely lady in the shop was very informative and helped us find the product most suitable for us. Delivery was quick and handled with care with the mattress been taken upstairs into the bedroom and our old one removed. 10/10 service! 😀
