Did not actually receive a delivery from this company but did receive a visit from their delivery vehicle on 12th February 2025. The driver and large lorry drove down our single track private road and found they could not turn. They drove onto our property and caused total chaos. When my husband approached the driver he got out the cab and became very abusive. I actually feared for my husband (we are both pensioners) as the driver was right in his face shouting at him. Despite two signs stating No Turning the driver had continued down our road and we were the ones in the wrong according to this disrespectful person. The driver's final insult was to take note of our address shouting I will make sure my company will never deliver to you. Is this today's idea of customer service?

The delivery company kept me informed as to when they would arrive. The guys were prompt, courteous, polite & efficient. They unpacked my sofas where I wanted them placed then took away all the packaging. I highly recommend this company.

Kept up to date on when my mattress was being delivered. On the day was given a 2 hour time slot. Friendly and professional delivery men. Also can remove old mattress for a fee. Highly recommend.
The delivery of a mattress was well organised with regard to delivery times and it arrived as promised. The men unpacked and cleared all rubbish, took our old mattress away and were very pleasant. We thought the mattress company could do a much better job to make the mattress easier to carry. Holding on to a heavy mattress loosely wrapped in plastic packaging is asking to cause injury. Considering the cost of the mattress, this detail of inconsideration for the people that have to deliver, sometimes up many flights of stairs, is very poor. Well done guys.
Delivery guys were very helpful. They let me know when my delivery slot was and arrived on time. Cannot fault them. They did a great job of delivering heavy sofa bed.
