I have ordered many fragile things in my life. Most have come from well known vendors; like the time Amazon shipped a hand-blown glass ornament with a cast iron skillet, or the time Walmart stacked glass jars 5 boxes high, I could go on but the point I'm trying to make is that I have never seen such care go into packaging my order like I have with EK. It's like your grandma did it. I will never shop anywhere else again for my items if I can get it from EK.

Mixer was delivered quickly and in excellent condition. This is my second Kitchen aid mixer, My old one was passed on to a family member still in perfect working condition after 10 years.

Excellent turnaround time on the order and communication throughout. We had some shipping damage (items were packed well, damage was entirely the responsibility of the shipping company)...spoke with a (live!) associate and they got replacements out to us the same day. Overall exceptional online purchase experience.
