I love my new dishes! The website was easy to use. They had everything I wanted in stock and on sale. The boxes were packed securely and shipped quickly, arriving within days of the order.

I've successfully ordered from this store many times and always received my packaged quickly and well wrapped. However, in my last order there was a dish that had such an obvious defect that it should have never left the factory and most certainly never the store. There's no way this was sent without someone noticing the defect. I emailed them and sent a picture and was told to return it and they would either send me a new dish or refund the price. That's fine except the place I have to go to ship is a 45 minute drive. You would think they would tell me to keep the dish or throw it away because the defect was so obvious in the picture but noooo....I had to package that dish back up, use a half roll of tape to seal the package, print off the shipping label and my receipt and drive 45 minutes to ship it. I received the new dish yesterday and it's perfect--like the first one should have been. No apology, no coupon for a future purchase, no note of any kind. I don't believe I'll be ordering from this company again and I certainly won't give their links to my family who often bought gifts for me from that site. A little customer service goes a long way. I received none from this company. UPDATE: They called and gave me a $10 credit for the problem I had so their customer service seems better than with my previous problem. I probably will order from them in the future.

My items came quickly and well packed. I have them in time to send out for Christmas presents.

The carton containing the item had too much bubble pack and crushed the box. Other than that, the item looks ok. It is a present for my wife and I don't know if the product contains the gas to flame the top of the desert.

Just wish that the fiestawear shell plates I ordered came in the boxes they come in, as these are Christmas gifts and would be easier to wrap, and the box would protect it some too!
