Purchased the kitchen aid pouring shield, had the wrong size so in order to get what I needed it cost me more in shipping than the cost of the product. Would have purchased from Amazon (free shipping for prime) but not available. I gave it a 5 star because of the product and not the customer service.

Awhile back, I bought some items from the Fiesta dinnerware collection and just love them. So, I ordered more to complete my set for 8 people. They are so lovely and arrived very well packaged and shipping was amazingly on time. I felt the price was a good value as well. I was not disappointed and will shop from Everything Kitchens again.

The delivery was great. Unfortunately, I had to return the product as I could not use it as was originally intended, no fault of Everything Kitchens. The return procedure was easy although I did have to pay return shipping.
