An absolutely horrible and unacceptable experience - a Christmas gift (Fiesta-ware) for my son living in California was sent to Ohio (my home) and then two separate orders in early February were cancelled without Any notification; finally when the one order was sent to my son in California (following a multitude of emails and painfully slow responses) the cost was more than the original order, yet no changes were made; unfortunately several items sent to California arrived broken and then the replacement items were inadvertently mailed to Ohio instead of California; the second order, placed in early February, was a birthday gift for my sister in California which to this day has never been delivered (after repeated inquiries); I received an email stating that it was ready for shipping and that I would receive notification for tracking the shipment- unfortunately and inexcusably, I have never heard another word regarding this order even after sending several emails.

These jars are great. The shipping is overnight, even though it said it would be longer.
