I am so glad that I found your sight. I had decided to replace my kitchen aid proline 6 and had been shopping for awhile to no avail. The mixer (proline 7) was out of stock everywhere I that I usually shopped. My husband found your sight, I ordered one day and received it 3 days later. That is totally unheard of these days. The mixer is WONDERFUL. Powerful but pures like a kitten (I make a lot of bread). My proline six sounded like a jack hammer and bounced all over the counter. Needless to say, I am a very happy camper and will recommend your site to my friends. Thank you!

I ordered a small freeze dryer and I wanted a little more info. So I called everything kitchen and I talked to the rudest csr. I asked her basic questions about the unit and instead of referring me to someone who could answer my questions, she told a bunch of bull like I couldn't be refunded. So I waited a few days to call back to get a tracking number and I found out that they have to make the unit and it takes almost 3mos to get it, so I canceled this csr was pleasant and she canceled that unit and I got my money back. The first csr didn't tell me I could cancel. That was shady.i will not shop here again.
