I ordered a Kitchen Aid bundle for $139.00. It shipped timely and I was impressed. The very next day they’re emailing and calling like 5 plus times over and over. I read the email and they’re telling me something happened ON THEIR END and everything but $25 was captured and you’d have thought it was going to bankrupt their business! It wasn’t showing up on my end I called my credit card company and they said no it looked like the charge was for $139 so I politely emailed her back and said guys this isn’t showing up on my credit card I don’t feel comfortable paying you 25 extra dollars until it clears. When it cleared I emailed them the credit card info and paid but seriously that was a lot of work on my end for a problem on yours. If I hadn’t needed the products so badly I would have just returned the whole thing. In my business if I make a mistake I pay for it. I don’t make my customer work for it especially for 25 bucks. Needless to say this was my first and last time ordering.

While the pot I ordered turned out not to be the exact right pot that my wife was looking for to replace the one I had burned on her! And also now out of production), they were incredibly friendly and helpful in trying to locate the exact pot for me. They even scoured the web trying to find an alternative seller from whom I could buy it! Now that is selfless service, if you ask me! I would definitely do business with these folks again
