I felt welcomed once arriving at the facility. Everyone was so beautiful and friendly! They even made me toast so that I had something in my stomach. Once in procedure, they made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. The doctor did a thorough job of walking me through the procedure, and listening to my questions. Lastly, Tuba! She was my best friend through it all. I loved her! She was my advocate and my translator. Thank you, Tuba!

What can I say 1st class treatment from start to finish, from the 1st consultation in Birmingham with Ali to the 2 trips to get my teeth sorted it was nothing short of 5 star treatment, the process was explained by Ali that I would have 2 visits, 1 2 day visit for implants and then 5 days for the final fit, the team in the clinic treated me like part of the family they were so lovely and put me at ease, hotels and transfers to and from the clinic were all arranged and on time, I was never left hanging around, as a purchasing professional I gauge a purchase on the whole process, the service, the after care and the product, Este were on point on EVERY LEVEL!!, probably one of the most satisfying experiences i have had, and the teeth look awesome, just how i explained I wanted them to look. Had a really great time at the Leeds clinic. simran was great and I was feeling nervous about my laser however simran reassured me and explained the process, she made me feel comfortable and was really friendly and bubbly to talk to, I feel really happy about my treatment at ester and they provided a great service :)
