I cannot recommend Este enough for anyone that wants to go through the hair transplant process. From the very moment that I arrived all the way through to six months after my transplant and beyond, the team have been exceptional in their knowledge expertise and hospitality. I have learned that the key to a successful transplant is in the aftercare and the steps you take before and after the procedure. It simply isn't possible to do this logistically by booking a clinic in Turkey alone. Being with Este through the whole journey has meant I've been able to get the best possible results. A special thank you to The director Emre, Azar, Emilia, Azi all of whom have been exceptional in their delivery of my treatment. I will continue to use Este going forward in the months to come to maintain the incredible results I have achieved.

Came to Este medical for hair loss treatment laser therapy, PRP and stem cells. All staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Consultant Alina was wonderful and contactable on WhatsApp any time - very accommodating and helpful/caring. Shirin and Forough laser consultants were also incredibly friendly and helpful. PRP consultant Lulu was also very friendly and patient with recommendations for best treatment application and gentle injecting technique.

I just had my 4th session with lulu and I am already seeing massive improvements, she is very polite kind and friendly, the receptionist also are very helpful I missed my appointment and they rearranged it for me same day. And also shereen was very friendly and accommodating when I went in for the laser therapy.

My journey to Este Medical London is excellent, with friendly greeting by Amelia, she always asks how my journey been as I travel long distance, Forough and Shirin are absolutely amazing ladies, very professional, always ensuring that I’m comfortable when I’m having laser treatment. Yulia is one of gentle, friendly person, she is very gentle when injecting (PRF) into my scalp- I refused to be injected by gun.

Receptionist Shannon is so friendly and warm, lovely to come in to such a welcoming person. Anam is amazing, she took me through my whole Morpheus 8 journey, which could be painful at times. She was so caring and would cater to my needs when I needed a break. I am now getting full body laser treatment with her due to how comfortable she made me feel and how professional she is. Just started a programme of PRF hair treatment. I was really nervous but my clinician Yulia was great and made me feel so comfortable and did a great job. Only just started the treatment so can’t comment on results but the experience so far has been excellent
