I have been coming here for a month now. The staff are really friendly. The place after 1 months seems really well run. A very smooth operation. I am always impressed with the seamless operation. Last week I had a little Admin issue and Amelia who works on reception was all over it. She is a force to be reckoned with. So glad she looks after me and any issues I have. I had my first PRF session on 28th July 2024 and Exosomes treatment today. The technician in charge was Kanupriya She executed the procedure to high professional standards.|She was very skillful and an excellent communicator - she explained the various stages of the process to me and this really helped to calm down my nerves She demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and precision in handling the PRF equipment. As a result, I did not feel pain at all. Her attitude to work and greater understanding of customer care should further enhance the reputation of Este Medical Group. I was extremely happy to learn that she will be in charge of the rest of my PRFs and Exosomes treatments. I've been coming to Este Medical for a few months now and it's been absolutely amazing. The service I have received from them has been top tier. Mario was my consultant and despite me getting my hair done at a different clinic did not treat me any differently. I immediately began my PRF treatment with Yulia who helped every step of the way and made the entire process smooth and painless! I'd highly recommend her! Equally I started laser hair regrowth treatment with Shirin and Forough who has always made me feel comfortable, made sure to ensure I was receiving the correct treatment as minoxidil would inflame my skin! All in all Shirin and Forough have made the hours I've spent undergoing the laser hair regrowth very pleasant and once again I would highly recommend them!
