Diya my travel agent went above and beyond spent days getting us a different flight after our 1st one was cancelled. She was a pleasure to deal with and always in good form. If she didn't know the answer to my question Diya would phone me back with one.

A complete joke we returned from cancun to Gatwick only to find that the return tickets to dublin wernt issued by escape 2 now they want us to investigate they left us an elderly couple in there 60s stranded only for a lady from gms who went out of her way to sort out flights for us and another couple stay clear never again

I was happy with the service once I got physically into the office on Abbey Street and was met with friendly and informative staff. However I had made my initial enquiry some three weeks previously via telephone and was given a quote for two flights which I had to check on before a final confirmation- I tried calling several times over the intervening weeks and NOONE ever called back in spite of the fact that the answering machine asks one to leave a number. by the time I could visit the actual shop on Abbey Street the cost of the flights that I wanted had increased by €600.You need to pay attention to this aspect of your service.

Elaine for us a great deal for Cancun with just seven weeks to go. I’ve used Escape2 before Covid and happy to be returning now when almost everything is back to normal. It’s great for getting the best deals at some great destinations and many of the staff have experience of being to most, too!
