Bought an air source heat pump fir the hot tub .I dealt with Chris throughout he was patient wuth my questions explained everything clearly .and even after fitting gave excellent after care .The fitters arrived on time and dud a good job .The heat pump itself i would highly recommend .thank you again fir z great service.

We are very pleased with our pergola. It has taken a while, although this was no fault of the fitters! The suppliers had sent them the wrong parts and the first motor sent did not work. The fitters worked efficiently on all three occasions to resolve all the problems and were very apologetic. The end result is perfect.

Went in to see Chris with an issue, Chris went above and beyond and not only had an engineer here the following morning but the issue resolved in less than 24 hours. Amazing customer service and nothing is ever to much trouble

We had a problem with our 16 year old hot tub we called Escape hot tubs in Worksop they booked us in for a diagnostic test found the problem replaced the part in super quick time at a very good price we cannot fault this business from start toFinnish Thanks to all.
