From first walking into the showroom through to install, service was fantasic and would definitely recommend. No pressure sales, fully understanding requirements and budget and the flexibility on install dates couldnt be faulted. On the day of install the enginners were very friendly, talked us through our positioning options and took lots of time to demonstrate the tub and future care requirements.

From initial enquiries through to finally purchasing from Escape Hot Tubs, the customer service was fantastic, Ryan and Sue for replying to my numerous questions and the 3 install team who came on what must have been the coldest day of the year, nothing was too much trouble, the space was tight which we knew would be but all was up and running in a few hours. Would highly recommend Thank you !

We were in the market for a tub after looking round local sites and shops we settled on Escape, Why? Because the prices were in our budget the customer reviews were really positive, the online messaging service was so very helpful, they were always happy to help answer any questions we had. We booked and went to look around the showroom, the staff were all very professional and well informed. Best of all there was no hard sell or pressure. Once the order had been placed just under 2 weeks the tub came. The delivery and installation guys were super helpful from helping navigate a difficult entry to the tubs final location, to set up and understanding of the chemicals.

Ryan/Sue at customer services were very pleasant and easy to deal with, Hot tub arrived on time as planned the delivery Lads were very knowledgeable and instructed me on the best way to move/install as this was an ongoing project for me. Hot tub is up and running with no issues now for 3 months.

From the 1st call the service and advice has been excellent. The delivery and set up went smoothly even though where we wanted wasnt straight forward. We havent needed any aftercare yet. Loving our new hot tub

I ordered my hot tub last year and have only just got round to writing a review. The hot tub is great and has been working perfectly since July 2020. I did have a couple of issues which Ryan sorted out in relation to electricity supply. It was also a tricky route to get into my back garden as we had to take some neighbors fences down, make sure you double check measurements and ensure that there is adequate right of way without walls and obstructions, send pics detailing any of these issues to ensure your tub can be sited correctly and up and running as quickly as its in position. Great service and product

Where do I start . After a few enquires on line mostly with Chris and answering my questions promptly, and checking Trustpilot we decided that they were the company to deal with. We wanted a particular size and was in stock. I phoned and spoke to Sue , who again was very professional and we decided on a delivery date, which was about 6 days . Delivery arrived after a phone call to say that the delivery team was about 1 hour away . Well after a slight problem getting the hot tub in position, very tight getting it through our side gate and space between wall & summer house, it was in position. At this point I would like to how brilliant were Carl & Matt (the delivery team) . Very knowledgeable & courteous. Unfortunately one of the side panels was damaged and we have been assured that a new one has been ordered and awaiting for it to be fitted. I have no hesitation in recommending Escape Hot Tubs . And the tub is wonderful Stewart & Pauline Bristol

I ordered my hot tub and it was delivered and installed within 2 weeks! Amazing customer service before and after my purchase from Chris, who was on hand at 8pm 2 weeks after delivery to talk me through my chemical up keep questions even after watching tutorials on you tube! He advised and sorted my problem within seconds. Would highly recommend escape hot tubs to my closest friends x just amazing service!

Brilliant service from start to finish, nervous like others about buying this type of item online but they exceeded expectations. Very helpful advice enabling me to make my final choice. Delivery was seamless, kept me updated on when to expect delivery, installed and sited exactly as required and couldn't be more helpful in explaining how it all worked and how to maintain. So good I have recommended to family who are about to receive their delivery.
