Very lax at geting back - here's a comment from thire customer service director, we are very busy at this point and may not be able to respond in a timely manner - but they want your money our site is now up andrunning but - i wish we'd gone else where - which i suggest all looking for a web site should do

The worse company I ever work with Avoid at all cost and don’t trust the reviews!!! I’ve paid 6 months in advance and i didn’t get what I ask for, this is a scam They are interested in you only until you pay them, after that even the communication is poor, they reply to the emails once a week or 2 weeks and their service are not professional at all, they don’t know what are doing. AVOID IT!

Easy to work with

The worst company I have ever experienced. Set up my website with my personal email address and phone number instead of my business details, went live on the wrong date, cannot access my emails and no one has responded def back to me after over 8 emails sent. Have had to get in touch with Citizens Advice so I can take further action! Don’t risk this company is my advice
