This company has ripped me off for several thousand pounds. They over-quoted me, and after taking years to build a website, they have left me with a website that I cannot use to trade with because the quality of the website is so s***. They use web developers who cannot even produce basic websites from Pakistan and India, people you can find on Fiver for a fraction of the price. After giving this company £2500+ I still had another website made from someone else, that I can now trade from. This company refused to refund me even though they have admitted that the website quality is rubbish. They do not allow direct communication with the web developers and you are left dealing with headache. Small changes were taking weeks and the developer who was sat in India was constantly making basic errors. The entire process was a headache and the company now has family and friends leaving fake reviews. Please save your money and time by going elsewhere.

Scam! Get away from Elevate and do not pay anything for them! I have been scammed by Elevate OM on 2 occasions! First time, after I renewed hosting my website, an online telephone company said they received my company details from Elevate and issue invoices with my company name and asked to be paid. Second occasion, when I instructed Elevate OM to design a new website and they asked to make 3 instalment payments. One payment on advance for design second payment for coding and third payment before goes live after I sign the project off. I made the first 2 payments and instructed them to finalise the site asap. The stage of coding had not been finalised and I did not sign it off as their attitude was very rude and claimed that I signed the project off and must make 3 rd payment for hosting the web for 18 month. I did not want for my site to be hosted via them due to awful attitude and attempt of claiming that I signed the project off by saying that I need to Finalise it asap. I am not sure in which language the meaning finalize asap means i signed off??? I refused to make the payment for hosting as I need now to go with different supplier to avoid further scam. Based on this they stopped making any amendment to my running website until I pay for the second website to be hosted by them. I asked to provide me with the files for the 2 websites I paid for them but they refused. Get away from their scam!
