Right from the outset of contacting ElevateOM with aview to building a website the whole team were so kind and patient and understood my complete lack of knowledge and understanding in this. It was clear that the two people I would be dealing with most were Jackie So and the developer Avinash Sharma and they were absolutely tremendous in bringing to life the professional reasoning behind our organisation.
My website has just gone live and I am thrilled with the results. I am not very tech savvy but Cristine and Avinash were kind and patient, and answered all my questions along the way, explaining things I did not understand. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Really pleased with my website. I'm not at all technically minded so had to rely on the staff completely. Whilst sometimes they found it frustrating they stuck with me and I couldn't be happier with the results. They always respond quickly and will be supporting my page for the next year. They've explained how I can add content moving forward but I know they'll be happy to help me if I forget how to do so, which is highly likely!

They were very patient with me as we were developing the images, this slowed things down. My fault. Overall they did a good job, Jackie So was very helpful. Got a bit sloppy at the end mainly due to me not be advised of what I needed to do regarding email addresses. I should of been notified a week in advance of what was required.
