Had a fire fitted yesterday by Phil and he’s done a fabulous job, but after 30 years plus fitting fires this chap definitely knows what he’s doing!! Clean, professional, knowledgeable and no nonsense advice. He’s also added a date to his diary to let us know when our yearly sweep needs doing. We felt that safe fitting of our stove was paramount to us and therefore we are more than happy to recommend this company.

Having been recommended Elegant fires by a neighbor, We were really pleased with the Service provided by Phil and his team. From estimate to completion, we were kept fully informed of progress and the price quoted was the price we paid(No hidden extras). The team were very reliable and always arrived on time and provided a high quality installation throughout. A Very friendly, qualified and expert team, nothing was too much effort and they always ensured that care and consideration was given to protecting the furniture at all times and that all rubbish was removed. So, big thanks to Phil, Steve and Andrew for an excellent job which were are really pleased with. I would not hesitate in using them again or recommending them to anyone. Recently Phil and his team fitted my logburner, I was unsure of what products to have but he was very informative and gave us lots of advice and recommendations. Cant fault the workmanship from him and his team. Very professional throughout the process whilst keeping us informed of every aspect of the installation. Steve was constantly cleaning up there was no mess whatsoever would highly recommend him the price he quoted was the price we paid no added extras. Big thankyou to Phil, we love our logburner.

Superb service from start to finish. Advice provided at initial visit was great and responded exactly to what would best suit the property. The quote was detailed and transparent and workmanship excellent. Above all though, Phil’s professionalism and courtesy throughout (and all additional members of the team) was refreshing. He was a delight to have in our home completing the work and we’re very pleased we chose this company to complete this long desired installation.

Good tradesman are hard to find but from start to finish Phil and his team did a fantastic and clean job fitting a liner down the chimney to connect with wood burner and full sweep. Definitely recommend. Paul

Phil and his team did an amazing job opening up our old chimney, clearing and lining it, then fitting a log burner and our original cast iron fire surround. Even though the job ended up being more work than anticipated, the team managed to finish off before Christmas, as planned. Everyone turned up when expected, worked efficiently and even tidied up each evening (not experienced that in a long while!) I would definiately recommend this company. Absolutely love my new log burner. Phil and the guys did a great job and kept coming back in stages in line with the rest of the build. Some companies I spoke to wouldn’t do that! Fantastic Customer Service and great advice on the types of wood etc. Can’t recommend enough!

Whilst the actual job of lining the flue in our new £60,000 kitchen was done correctly and on time, the precautions taken to make certain that the furniture and floor were protected were grossly inadequate. Given that the house is Victorian, and as such you can never be sure what you are going to find, overkill on sheeting up is the order of the day. When they looked up the flue they found a brick blockage. This was removed and brought with it another brick, 2 dead birds, a piece of old flue pipe and so much soot the whole area was buried. Seven days on, and we are still cleaning up. So far we have had to pay out for cleaners over and above the cost of the job. I doubt whether the grout on the floor tiles will ever get back to the off white colour it was, it is currently black. NIGHTMARE!

Dealing with Phil has been a joy. He came out to me at very short notice to clean and provided a thorough service complete with a great sense of humour. I felt the advice and recommendations Phil made were extremely helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. Highly recommended!
