What a shambles and I’d like to raise a complaint to be honest you should have contacted me immediately there was an issue as per your website says and you didn’t and then offered a 10 pound voucher as a goodwill gesture. I’ve had numerous different emails with times dates and delivery times and a tracking number and a cancellation email before the tracking number came through The very least you could have done is sent it free of charge and got a positive feedback instead I wouldn’t even look at website again You should have refunded the shipping fee not offer a voucher for a company that doesn’t know what’s going on According to dpd 2 orders have been sent and cancelled so I received 15 emails about this dreadful experience Beware company says shipping methods available to you will be displayed at checkout but actually can’t fulfil the service. Mentioned somewhere on site apparently I didn’t know that as the method I choose was available Customer service appalling didn’t know what was going on just that he had an issue getting the order through so why wasn’t I contacted as per your promise on your site. The customer service gentleman said it could be delivered Sunday. No dpd don’t deliver on a Sunday but again apparently edible blooms can deliver on a Sunday as ‘they can push it through’ no the emails received with 2 order Numbers say one delivery Monday one Tuesday and a voucher offer is an insult
