I bought two edible bouquets this month. The first was delivered directly to the recipient and she was delighted with it. The second was sent directly to me so that I could personally give it to my neighbour on her birthday. I was very impressed by the size and quality of the bouquet, having only seen them online previously. The personalised ribbon on the second bouquet was incorrect, but this was easily corrected by a phone call. The replacement ribbon arrived the next day with a complimentary tub of chocolates; a very satisfactory outcome! I will continue to use Edible Bouquets - the quality and value for money is excellent.

Unfortunately the delivery service was very bad and we were let down. Gift receiver was at home and aware that surprise was been delivered however delivery was not recieved as driver said no one home.. gift was then left in Co-op in next town instead of their local one just at bottom of their road. We had to contact a neighbour to ask them if they would kindly drive to next town and collect it as we live in Ireland.

I ordered a treat bouquet to be delivered to my son for his birthday. Fantastic service and beautiful bouquet.

Very happy that my 80 year old mum got a bouquet of her favourite treats on her birthday. Ordered online from Canada and order process very clear and easy. We were kept updated on delivery right down to the name of the driver and the time he would be there (in a two hour time span).
