I can’t emphasise how brilliant the bouquet I sent actually was. The recipient is 96 and was recovering from Covid. I wanted to send her something different that would make her smile. I was really excited to find Edible Blooms and took a leap of faith in placing the order. Every step of the process was exceptional - even down to the delivery chap who needed the flat number (that I’d forgotten to put) to make the delivery. He was fabulous and couldn’t have been more helpful. That doesn’t happen very often nowadays. My friend was blown away. She sent me a photo because the bouquet was “too beautiful to eat”! She has subsequently given in - who wouldn’t - and says each mouthful of white chocolate dipped strawberries was divine (not to mention a bit of fizz to have with them). I know this review sounds like it might be a fake one…but it really, really isn’t. Thank you so much - my friend is so important to me and you have helped me make her smile. I can’t ask for more. Oh dear Oh dear. Quite appalling really. It seems that Edible Blooms was hired by my sister in the USA to deliver a package to me here in the UK. She’s a very thoughtful lady and puts a personal touch to all she does for others. She wanted me to be surprised and unaware of the pending delivery. Part of the gift. For her the most important part. I collect rabbits so she chose a bunny toy. Another personal touch but meaningful given that she knows the history behind my affection for them. This co. Managed to botch the entire experience for us both. They claimed to attempt to deliver the package. No “we missed you note” I was home anyway. With the new variant hitting my locality hard I didn’t leave the house. My sister had much hassle with emails and disorganisation with the company. Following days of batting back and forth. They asked for her recipient (me) to go and get it at a drop off centre. Lol. Dear dear. Ruined the surprise because she had to then inform me. Sort of unpleasant for her. Especially when she paid express to deliver. The co. Did return her money upon her request. However, they sent her a notice that there was a lonely package to be picked up. I had someone go and retrieve it. They requested a review. When she responded to that request, all they did was shift blame unto the costumer and while they didn’t see to it that they delivered what she actually ordered and didn’t seem to mention it at all, they threatened to offer her evidence of how she was the one that got the postcode wrong but never showed her the screen shot. And openly listed that the package was received after she had had her money back. Wow. The entire event was their mistake. Instead of graciously apologising, they accepted no responsibility at all. Shocking. Terrible practice. My name is Tammy by the way. My sister, Adriene Wells, mailed me this review and how she was treated and I chose to place my views here. I think it’s only right I should speak up. After all. I had to have people go all the way to town to pick up this package that no effort was made to have it delivered. How upsetting that you treated my sister this way. Just accept when you have an error. Don’t treat people as you have my sister. Everyone makes mistakes. Understood. It’s the way you treat your customers that is now the issue. I would never advise anyone to oder from you now. Not because your product is bad but because you have no regard for your customers. And if there is an error. They are basically stuck. Not worth the risk.
Delivered next day even though paid extra and ordered at early morning 2AM
Look on Yelp to recieve all information on Tammy g review. I received your response to my review. Allow me to inform you that you are incorrect again. You excuses are many but all false. The address is correct. You didn’t bother to attempt delivery, evidenced by no missed you card. Then asked me to have the recipient to go and pick up said gift when you were supposed to deliver. I contacted your company several times while giving several days for you to correct your errors. Upon several emails your customer service was asking me to pay for redelivery. Then I asked for a refund. 3 days later received a lonely package email from you. They did go out of their way make special trip costing them money and you still ruined the surprise. Then upon her description of the items, I’m not shocked, we’re not what I ordered. They substituted without permission or prior agreement from myself. I ordered an extra item, stuffed rabbit, you sent a bear. They had several to choose for me to order and I didn’t choose a bear wanted a bunny. You might as well accept the reality, YOU FAILED, in many areas. I again will never use your service again because I cannot trust you to give correct products, deliver, or if problems arise for your customer service to be adequate. Argue or explain your incompetence that you can convince yourselves. I'm not falling for any of your delusional justifications. Never again.
My friend received her Birthday gift of donuts and she was absolutely thrilled. She said they looked far too lovely to eat and had never received such a beautiful gift. She said it was better than receiving flowers.

I have been using edible blooms for years now for families friends and have never been disappointed. There was this one occasion recently during Xmas and new year where my friends who are my neighbours were getting married as I couldn’t attend their wedding I tried to order a wine bottle with some chocolates but due to the festival season was unable to order so I ordered what was available. But I was upset that it wasn’t delivered on their wedding day . Apparently, edible blooms had done everything but I was let down by the delivery company. To make it right the manager from edible blooms called me whilst she was on her holiday and reordered what I initially wanted for my friends which was delivered to them when they came back from their honeymoon which was a beautiful surprise for them. Edible blooms have always treated me well but this was exceptional service . I have used edible blooms for all my loved ones in London Reading, Birmingham and even Australia. Thank you guys you all doing a fantastic job .
There was great communication as to the delivery. It was beautifully presented and delivered on time. Considering I am in Australia, it is nice that I can rely on these guys to send out gifts to my relatives.
Great service. My 90 year old auntie loved her bouquet! She always says real flowers are beautiful but hard work to take care of and chocolate has always been something she loves so it was the perfect gift. They arrived in 24 hours so excellent for last minute shoppers like me!
Easy to use website and lots of last minute delivery options for an unorganized shopper like me. Communication was excellent to keep track of delivery which is important for me when ordering from overseas. Nice to order something a little different!
