I really like the flexibility of ordering on line. The return policy could be a little more flexible. I have purchased hair and found that I did not like it. By the time you figure it out, the return time for the unused hair, still in the package, unopened has passed. It is hard to order the exact correct amount of hair so the 30 day policy to me is not enough time.

Hector is excellent!!! I was able to have my order sent to me in a timely fashion and just in time for work and for the summer. I love it!!!

I love Ebonyline and their competitive prices. I had a hiccup on a wig I really wanted and was waiting for to wear at an event, but I received an email that the manufacturer hadn't sent it, therefore, Ebonyline couldn't send to me. Although I was disappointed, Daejonna worked diligently with me via email to help me make another choice. I didn't just receive an email and then got ghosted, I would receive immediate responses, as I was trying to find a replacement. Daejonna was AWESOME!!
