Totally disappointed with the service ordered before opening hours on the Thursday for next day delivery as advertised. Friday came and went no Discs or Pads. Waited till the following Tuesday because of the bank holiday to email them. Their excuse was they don't work weekend and bank holiday Monday. (There was TWO full working days before the weekend!) and that would be dispatched that afternoon. (so they hadn't even dispatched them!) It's now 13:10 the day after been dispatching and still no Disc and pads. Hope the Quality of the Disc and Pads are better than their service!

Hi Everyone I have again just bought discs & pads for my Lexus IS F Sport, and will be purchasing the same for my Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2. I have been using EBC brakes for years and years, on all my v8 sports cars, the quality and workmanship that goes into these items are second to none. Yes you can buy cheeper, but why should you as they are made from British steel, and British craftsmanship. I would not use any other make. R D-H

Excellent service as expected from a well known brand such as EBC.

Kit arrived quickly but the wrong brakes for my vehicle. I typed the reg number, make, model and engine size. There is only I size of disc & pads for my clk430. Finn told me I ordered the wrong ones which is incorrect. I now have to pay postage to return and no guarantee I will receive full refund. Depending on whether I get a refund will determine my next actions (social media wise) against ebc shop. Overall the worst online shopping experience I've had buying car parts.
