Can't fault the service at all. I ordered my redstuff rear pads on a Wednesday and they came the next day. Communication via email at every step of the process. Would definitely recommend for service and communication, only time will tell on the quality of the pads although i did purchase on recommendations

Excellent experience & a very easy process to order EBC brake discs and pads, I rang to double check in person theat the quoted parts were the right ones, then ordered online before 12am & the parts were delivered the next day, fantastic service.

Having bought EBC brakes before, I knew they were great quality. They are way better than those cheap alternatives that the garage said "were OEM quality" that lasted just a few months before warping. EBC disks are fantastic and well worth the money. I phoned up just to double check fitment as my Audi A6 has several options, was helped on the phone, ordered online and disks were shipped that day and arrived the next day. Honestly can't see where these guys could have done better. Great product, price and customer service. That's both my cars on EBC brakes now, won't be changing or buying anywhere else.

Contacted them wrt brake pads for my RS4, very helpful, answered all my questions. I was about to purchase when he advised me if I did it online there was a promo on saving me money. Very easy and helpful website for browsing and purchases. Very fast delivery, what more can you ask for.

Absolutely brilliant service! Needed to call EBC for some advice on which discs for my Audi A3 Quattro, the guys on the phone were great, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and told me about the 15% Black Friday discount! The discs and pads arrived two days later. Really couldn’t fault the service...if the discs and pads are as good as the service I’m looking forward to using them!
