The first person I spoke to at EBC was not very helpful. I called back later with some missing info and spoke to a person who was very different and very helpful. Parts received were correct and excellent quality but some of the green paint was chipped off the pads due to inadequate packing. The package also arrived a day earlier than was stated and was left by our front door while we were out for several hours.

Easy website to navigate through Very quick delivery with tracking

Tried out the red stuff brake pads for the first time only due to offering 50% less brake dust due to the fleet of prestige vehicles we have. Absolutely aweful EBC should be their full name. They sent the wrong pads and then expected me to take an unknown amount of days off to sit and wait for them to arrive- and also NO actual time given for when the delivery of the right pads might be! They used DPD (terrible) so they lied and never came. So I’ve got the wrong pads and have waited over two weeks.... and still no pads. DO not use EBC.

Amazing quality. Use them for 10 years and every other purchase proof that they are the best. Heavy recommend. Once you try, you will never think about anything else.
