Pads arrived on time

Phoned to ask if disc and pads i wanted were in stock,was told yes 11 in stock so ordered online to then be told items not in stock.phoned back it was a rear pad issue they said they would upgrade to different pads ok.phoned again nxt day to be told items hvnt been sorted,ssid they would sort and hv them delivered to ebc that afternoon,again phoned ebc and was told they have the items and will dispatch today,phoned again this morning to be told items haven't been dispatched so again lied too Will not use ebc again

I purchased EBC Ultimax brake pads for my Kia Venga over the Xmas period. Even then the delivery was prompt with the pads coming from England to Ireland. The four screws that came with the pads are about 5mm shorter than the oem, so I re-used the oem screws. I only installed the pads yesterday, so cannot comment on how they perform as I have been bedding them in.

uprated brake kit , Mk1 Fabia VRS 10/10 and stop nicely, had wilwood 4 pots on the car previously, it developed a leak from one of the bleed screws on the 4pot wilwood caliper.\ so i put standard brake calipers back on but needed new discs and pads, thought would try the uprated Yellow stuff pads along with grooved discs on offer, they are stopping nicely now and haven't had brake fade yet when applying them feel very nice and stops 223hp & 315ftlbs nicely

Still waiting. Ordered begining of December. Website said the discs and pads were in stock. Garanteed next day delivery for 8th December. Still waiting. Contacted them 4 times now. First 2 times I was told "waiting for them to come into stock". Third time "they are in stock but waiting to be drilled". Forth time " sorry waiting for 1 to come into stock". This is not filling me with confidence in this company.

The Ultimate 2 have better 'feel' and 'bite' than the Pagid discs and pads that I replaced a few weeks ago. Seem well made and fitted easily. Would recommend.
