The brake discs and pads were despatched promptly and delivered sooner than expected. The order was very well packaged and subsequently arrived in perfect condition. Discs and pads appear to be very good quality. I would not hesitate in using EBC Brake Shop again.

Very quick delivery, arrived 2 days after order (and I ordered out of hours). Great quality product and precise fitment, probably better than OEM. The pads are bedding in well after a couple of days and previous experience with EBC pads tells me that these will be better than the Land Rover pads. Very happy and will continue to use EBC for all my cars and van.

Ordered on Monday the promise of free next day delivery. Turns out stock information on website is wrong so I await my delivery but nothing arrives and I am not contacted. I call Thursday afternoon and am told they will check stock and let me know - of course, they never bothered to get back in touch. I call Friday and cancel my order as the status still hasn't changed from Monday. I suppose the only positive is at least somebody answered the phone promptly, so 2/5 review for me. I would suggest working on customer relations and letting buyers know at least via e-mail that their order is not in stock and/or may be delayed.
fast and at a very good price (cheaper than ebay!) i wasn't expecting a delivery on a Sunday, but they just arrived, EBC are always good quality.

I bought the EBC ultimaxYellow stuff pad and grooved disc set as a replacement for the OEM set for 204ps T6 caravelle 4motion. Fitting was easy, bedding in process was easy. The way they stop is remarkable, no fade giving real confidence. I’d recommend these any day and twice on Sunday. Fantastic product.

Dear EBC brakes. On 4th of December 2020 I placed an order for two GD rotors and yellow pads for my Subaru Levorg. At that time I was told by someone I thought it's a EBC representative, (but he was not) that there are only plain discs in stock, but if order is placed, EBC will drill them and they are going to be ready for shipment in max 13 working days. Today, almost 50 days later I was advised by Fin Johnson from potn.com that there are no rotors in EBC stock. I would like to know is this something that EBC as a company consider as normal way of running business?
