I didn't get the trims that I ordered, when raised with the company I would have to wait for another week or a refund. This affected my customer, as the delivery was outside the 3- 5 day delivery period as suggested at point of order

Look and finish of the ultra Matt white panels were incredible. Tongue and groove system was easy to fit and looked pretty seamless. Really impressed with the product.

Terrible service, no communication about expected delivery( 2-5 Days) I had to ring them on the 6th day, they did get back to me saying I would have the delivery on the following day, then, at 5pm they rung back saying 3 packs were the same batch number but one pack was different, and was a different shade. The sales assistant who rung kept on saying it would be okay and I immediately asked for a refund. Very unhelpful, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
