the tech team were very helpful and followed up my order to correct a mistake I had made. The delivery was prompt as requested although they neglected to pass on that I lived in a 2nd floor flat to their delivery driver.

I needed some panels to replace wall tiles that had blown off the toilet wall for an elderly lady. As I check around for prices, I found Easy Panels were very competitive, and they delivered. Everything I needed, end and corner strips, adhesive, Easy Panels sold them all at the right price. Delivery was quick and at the time they said, I could even check and track the delivery van. I cannot fault Easy Panels, I will use them again.

I ordered some panels for my bathroom and the value qualified for free delivery. Unfortunately I forgot a small additional peice which I proceeded to order, but as it wasn't above the threshold it was requiring a delivery charge. As my order hadn't been shipped yet I emailed Easy Panels and Lewis very kindly, and immediately, supplied me with a coupon that allowed the item to be merged with my previous order saving me the delivery charge. I haven't received the panels themselves yet, but if the delivery and quality is as good as the speedy customer service, I'm sure I'll be very happy. Definitely recommend just based on that.

My whole experience with easy panels can only be described as perfect from start to finish the website is easy to use and informative the sales staff keep you well informed and the delivery driver went above and beyond to help he was well spoken and very professional he was super helpful by putting my delivery where I asked him a real credit to the company and then last but not least the panels themselves are great well made and really make the bathroom look special
