If there was an option for no stars then I would have picked that as the company are a complete joke that constantly lie to you ! Order was out for delivery but held up by an imaginary traffic accident ( no accidents on said road ) but will definitely be delivered that day but running 2 hours behind , 3 hours passed and we rang them to be told that he was 5 minutes away !! Another hour passed and still no delivery after waiting all day , buy now no one available to call as they were shut ! Called them the next morning to be told that the driver ran out of driving time on the next road over but could still drive the lorry home 🤔 ( absolute garbage ) told could not have delivery now until maybe Friday ( it is Wednesday ) I needed the panels for Thursday so I called them to cancel the order as it’s quicker to click & collect at B & Q , and there would probably be another lie about delivery on Friday . The young girl who answered said it was ok to cancel , The next Minute an old lady called me to try and make me keep the order but it’s no good to me now and I don’t trust them as too many lies so far , the next minute she slammed the phone down on me 😡 I have never dealt with such an unorganised, rude and diabolical company as this one so I would say stay clear and shop at B & Q or local , just avoid this company.
