Excellent service from enquiry to completion of job. Communication throughout and updated on expected time of arrival. Thorough inspection of the appliance, extremely knowledgable and efficient. Part needed to be replaced and was done during the call out. Area left clean and tidy. Able to pay by card and receipt sent immediately to email address. Highly recommend. I originally booked this company to complete a job for my elderly parents and they were also impressed with the company and as elders they felt very comfortable with the engineer in their home.
Arrived on time, promptly diagnosed the problem with my American style Fridge Freezer and fixed it without delay. Most efficient and polite, and left my Kitchen clean and tidy. Also, very competatively priced. Most highly recommended.

Called East Coast Appliances to look at my tumble dryer and my dishwasher. Doug and his apprentice, were courteous and worked hard to resolve the issues with both machines. Unfortunately the dishwasher was found to be uneconomical to repair, but Doug really tried his best to ‘revive’ it without having to replace any parts. They tidied up before they left. The bill was extremely reasonable considering the amount of time spent. Would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10

My washing machine broke down yesterday, I asked Douglas for help ... but being abroad he obviously couldn't come to my house. However he was able to provide me with a very precise diagnosis and tell me what to do to repair my machine. Douglas & Tyler came to fix our dishwasher which was suffering with an error code & failing pump. Communications were hassle free thanks to Hannah. Doug and his young assistant in training arrived in the time slot given.. Promptly assessing the fault of our large fridge / freezer!! He had in his magic box the part needed. Ta da within minutes problem solved. He also checked out another problem we asked him to look assuring us all was OK. As always Doug was professional and Polite. 100% we would use East Coast Appliances again.

I was fortunate they had a late cancellation. They turned up at short notice. Sod’s Law, but the machine worked ok when I demonstrated the fault. But they checked it out, found a possible fault, which they’ll sort if it re-occurs, and were on their way again in ½ hour.
Great service from start to finish. I sent an email on Boxing Day to say my oven had stopped working and received a call back the next working day. I was given an appointment which was followed up with a text on the day to say that the engineer was on his way. Doug arrived & diagnosed the issue then undertook the repair straight away. He was very professional and friendly and the cost was really reasonable. I would highly recommend Doug at East Coast Appliances.
We booked an appointment and had a response within a day. The engineer attended promptly at the agreed time and was able to repair our Bosch dishwasher as he had the part on board his van. An excellent experience from start to finish. I recommend to friends and family
The man who saved Christmas!. Doug and the team really went the extra mile to fix our broken cooker in time for the big day. We have used East Coast Appliances in the past and the service they provide is always first class. Can't recommend them highly enough.
