This is the 2nd time we have ordered from eBottles and again, the order was perfect and timing was speedy!

I ordered the 250 ml glass bottles to use as wedding favors filled with homemade Limoncello. The bottles shipped and were delivered very quickly and were packaged perfectly so no bottles were damaged. Will definitely order again for any bottle needs.

Customer service was not that friendly. The online site did not record my order due to a malfunction in the system so I had to re-order by phone and the person I spoke to sounded like they were having a bad day. It's good that the product delivery is timely or my rating would have been lower.

They process and ship orders faster than lightning! Was pleased with great selection and reasonable prices... highly recommend!

I purchased the mini wine bottles w/white caps for a bridal shower for my future daughter-in-law. The bottles were delivered quickly, which was wonderful. My husband filled the bottles with wine and put the caps on. I then began to label the bottles about 15 minutes later. There wasn't one cap that was still on tight. I tightened them all again. And again. Eventually, I had to go out and buy thin silver duct tape to keep them closed. What should have taken a couple of hours to accomplish turned into a very long, frustrating experience.

I ordered a few different style bottles to check out quality. When the box was delivered the size was approximately 8x8 and.had weighed in at 2 lbs. I had then looked at the invoice and noticed they had charged me $20.00 for shipping. I will be disputing the charge and will never order again if they continue to charge these highly inflated shipping prices. Buyer beware!

I ran out of jars unexpectedly, so I needed them fast. But I didn't want to pay extra for faster delivery. I did not need to worry, they arrived in plenty of time.

I run a business myself and if I charged as much shipping as you did for the very light weight bottles that I ordered my doors would be closed in a heart beat. I ship things all the time. I will not refer your company to anybody else. I am sorry but I feel I was robbed.

I am making my own Kombucha and these bottles are absolutely perfect! I got part way through other websites and had to shut it down because they would not accept Canadian payment options, even when shipping to the USA. I discovered this site and I didn't get frustrated ONCE! Thank you for knowing there is an actual country above you and accommodating me eh!
