The bottles, tops, and seals I ordered are exactly what I needed. The products are as described on the website and were delivered on time, as expected. Customer service was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Would definitely order again.

I'm not sure if I will use again. The websites pics weren't detailed enough . It was not the bottle I was looking for.

My business orders from e-bottles because we have found they have the best quality for a reasonable price. I have probably placed ten orders from them. Recently service has gotten much slower. I have an order that was placed a month ago that has yet to ship. Everytime I call I am assured it has been sent to the warehouse. I wait a few days later...no updates. The only reason I am not upset is because I have not been charged because they do not bill until shipment. I placed a $1000 order a week ago (different size) and received it no problem so I have no idea why the other cannot as well.

After combing the net for Boston Amber bottles at a reasonable price, I stumble across ebottles. They had the bottles in the size I needed at a reasonable price so I ordered. The shipment arrived what almost seemed the next day; it wasn't, it was the day after that ! Everything was packed securely and most of all the bottles were clean and ready to use. I have since ordered from ebottles again and the service, price, and shipping was consistent with my first order. I will be back again I'm sure and recommend this site to my friends in need of their product.

Not only are the items overpriced, the shipping is absurd. I pay cheaper shipping to ship the bottles out internationally, and filled with liquid! Then if you need to make a return, you have to call that shipping cost a loss plus the shipping to send it back and then minus another 25% restocking fee on top of that! $125 to put some lids back in the warehouse stock!? I did order a few thousand units from them until I realized how badly I was being shafted by their service. I understand business is business and I would not be so upset if I would not be losing over 50% of my money on a $500 order just to return an item especially after spending thousands with the company. No thanks, ebottles has lost my business.

My order was received quickly and completely. So often there are mistakes, but this order was complete and perfectly packaged, which is a definite plus when you are talking about hundreds of glass bottles.

Hi! my friend, E-bottles, is price competitive, quick, people are friendly and deliveries are on time. My last one came about to the minute on time. The only glitch in my humble opinion is transportation cost is somewhat expensive.

My husband and I stayed at a Bed and Breakfast in Lancaster, PA. The breakfast pancake syrup was served in a glass flask (500ml) with a twist top. I came home and immediately found an identical product, as well as a smaller one for serving honey, at the ebottles.com site. Excellent pricing. Fast delivery. I will definitely buy more products from this manufacturer.

eBottles.com offered a great choice of spice bottles. To squeeze in as many as I could in a limited amounted of space in my RV, I wanted a specific size, and eBottles had them. They were shipped promptly, packed protectively, arrived intact and were as advertised..

I ordered bottles online and in the last step Internet explorer shut down on me. Unfortunately my order didn't go through but I picked up my cell and called. They said the were happy to process the order. Everything went smoothly and I received all the bottles, timely and intact. Thanks.

I have a had great experience with ebottles, but my last order was for glass bottles a case of twenty costing me fifty-five dollars and shipping and handling was half the price. I think that was really expensive and forced to cancel by order and I went elsewhere and got the same bottles for less, so in other words I could buy two cases for the price of one. I am not saying that I would never to business with them again, but I really think that they should do something about the shipping and handling cost.
