I ordered a case of bottles and when they arrived one was broken I contacted eBottles customer service and informed them of this. The lady asked if I wanted credit for the bottle or if I needed the bottle. I explained that I needed it and she said that they would ship a replacement promptly. I recieved the replacement bottle in a few days. No hassles. No third degree. Just outstanding customer service. Great job!

After being let down by dave's bridal on some small bottles for our wedding favors, I found eBottles.com and was delighted with the variety and value. Unfortunately we ordered the wrong bottles to our fault because we couldn't visualize the correct size for our M&Ms. Some kind of visual scaling on the webisite would help. However after calling customer service and talking to Gladys, she outstandingly helped us with returns and ordering the correct bottles and even made sure M&Ms fit in them! Thank you again Gladys for your outstanding customer service.

I have researched suppliers looking for the best deal. I keep coming back tie bottles. They provide a quality product that makes my BBQ sauce look very professional., I'm a small boutique vendor and only produce small batches. Ebottles has no "set-up" fee for a job because the bottles see always in stock. I would like a better shipping option. It costs me $90 to receive 48 bottles or 187 bottles. Overall, unless I can find a closer supplier, I'll keep coming back.

The only thing wrong was some residue on the droppers we had to clean off. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Shipping, "Handling"? is somewhat excessive!! I'm looking for another source just because of that.

When you make a substantial purchase online you always wonder about whether the product you saw and ordered is actually what you will receive and then if there is an issue with that product how will the company respond. So the product I ordered was supposed to have a mist sprayer with it and when it arrived it had just a cap. I called the company and the customer service person was fantastic. She understood my issue and shipped out the sprayers at no extra charge to me and I received them within 3 days. That is the reason why I will order from them again....
