Good service. Reasonably slow delivery (maybe Australia Post problem)? Preference would have been (particularly with Covid restrictions) to have the item delivered to my mailbox instead of having to go to the Post Office to collect it. (Residence is 26 kilometres from the Post Office). The problem was more that the item wasn't delivered by Aust Post. Maybe from 'Dymo' end, the parcel was expected to be signed for on delivery?

Shipping was fast and friendly. The product is super lame. Intl have myself to blame. I read all the 1 star reviews on the wireless label printer and hesitated to buy it based on that. Everything they said is true. I’ve spent over 20hrs trying to get it to connect. When it finally did, it just forgot the network on switching off the power. Another 2 hours to get it to connect again. Haven’t use it since and will probably be landfill before long. Do yourself an favor and save yourself the money and time.
Paid extra postage to have delivery quicker. puchased 5 July and still have not received printer
