Was told on their web chat system that I would be getting a free product as part of a promotion they had running only to receive an email later in the day to say the promotion had finished. I would have thought considering I had been told I would receive it then they should honour it.

Very pleased with the product and the service
Purchasing of goods went smoothly, however after sales service / tech support on equipment issues pretty poor. Called tech support at 9.00am and got a message office is closed, then tried again later and was on hold for nearly 2 hours and ended up hanging up. Finally got through to tech support the next day (different company to the seller) and the same old BS check this and check that on a new Dymo 5200 machine. Was asked to send photos of this and that so lets wait and see what they do. I wouldn't hold my breath though.
