Dymo online took my order and my money and Then told me the item was out of stock until 4 months later. I had to call and complain loudly to get a refund that took ages to arrive. Nowhere near good enough. An alternate supplier delivered with 48 hours.

Always loved the label maker, however always chewed through the batteries even the expensive ones. Was having trouble with it printing light and dark even after a clean and new batteries, order the power adapter and now it prints so well and quickly. Like new again!
