A very reasonably purchase and very quickly processed. I have used this company numerous times and always had an excellent. Occasionally I have tracking issues, but they have always responded promptly with answers to my queries. I am importing from the Netherlands to the UK, the only occasional delivery issues I've had have been owing to UK Customs delays. This is obviiysly outside of the company's control.

Great price could'nt find it in the UK Good comunication, only downside was they got stuck in customs control for nearly 2 weeks but thats not a Dutch Tobacconist issue just unfortunate.

Second order with them, the price is right. Unfortunately first time around they sent my order to someone else, but they did replace FOC. This time around the order is languishing in customs and has been for a week, not their fault I know, but ultimately the service is average, in my experience.
