Had two deliveries. One took 2 weeks to clear customs, other took 2 hours. Recommend getting insurance just in case but it's value for money

This Company is impressive; very professional, and a pleasure to deal with; I will order again without hesitation. When I first found their website, I thought the prices attractive, as were all the positive reviews, it all seemed too good to be true - but I placed an order anyway. Unfortunately due to the time of year, UK Customs were overwhelmed with traffic and my order languished with them for 17 days, I wondered if was it lost. I began to consider if, after all, I'd been wise to order, and emailed Hartman's. They were very genuine, friendly and encouraging, advising that Customs delays are inevitable nowadays, and of course beyond their control, that I should be patient, in their experience all would be well. But I got increasingly worried, then, just as I began to despair, my parcel was passed back to Parcelforce, on to the delivery office, and next day, to my delight, it was delivered. Brilliant! Hartman's were absolutely right! I recommend them wholeheartedly, and would advise anyone wishing to get reasonably priced items to place an order. Insurance is offered at a small extra charge, but it’s a good idea to get it, if only for peace of mind.
