I purchased a super charging station for DJI Mavic PRO on December 4th. When I received it I realized that I bought the wrong one and I should buy the one for PRO2. I have been contacting the company via email and phone calls since then requesting to make an exchange. But it's been 2 weeks I haven't received any responses. Has anyone had any experience contacting them?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Order placed Nov. 26th. No shipment, no follow up and no response to phone messages or email. these people are straight up thieves.

I had a great experience first time I called Drone world. It was the only company that would answer their phone and answer a lot of the questions I (complete novice) had. I decided to buy from them. Since then I've had a number of questions. Wrote them all down and have called a dozen times, left messages no call back. So I emailed. I got some questions answered but not all and quit responding. I don't know if something happened and they became short handed or what but started off good and now I can't get ahold of anyone. Still waiting on the rest of my shipment too.

Ordered kit never received on promised dates and still have not gotten anything . No one answers phones or emails! I was promised my drone overnighted on the 6th and nothing! do not use this company they do not care about the customer! 2600 dollars spent and nothing!

I am a commercial drone pilot. I recently ordered a Phantom 4 Pro drone, plus extra parts - ORDER #46525. It's been over 3 weeks and I do NOT have my drone! When the order was placed on November 21, 2018 - Drone World said everything was IN STOCK! 3-5 days shipping. As of December 11, 2018....I have only received a small box of parts. NO DRONE was delivered! I have called 3 times and left messages - NO response! I have have emailed twice with my order number. NOTHING - NO response! I am being forced to cancel my corporate credit card and file a dispute with my credit card company - and will NOT pay the bill. The credit card was charged - and I have NO drone. That's terrible!!! NO response from Drone World in over 3 weeks - NOTHING!

Drone World has a good customer service team and a good product. I purchased the ipad mini 4 sunshade and extender and wasn't sure if it was compatible with the Mavic Air. They responded quickly and I puchased the right shade. Good quality product with good customer service.

I ordered a Thor charging station with two Spark batteries on 17Nov18, still no product, no response to the MANY voicemails and emails I've left them., I feel very disrespected, I'm ready to pay them a little visit and I'm not afraid to go to jail.

I've really lost my patience with Drone World, they contracted on Wednesday promised ship that day ,didn't happen. I waited, and gave them another chance, promised over night shipping didn't happen. These people are just flat out liars. Beware of Drone World, beware of Drone World.

BEWARE - NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT I made the biggest mistake buying my drone on drone world!! It's been over THREE WEEKS!!!! And still no sign of our drone, i bought a little mini drone for our 5 year old, this is the biggest mistake i ever made im never shopping on drone world again and they have no customer service to complain to!! DO NOT BUY FROM DRONE WORLD

I too have had nothing but a bad experience. NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My order was late, my order was short 3 items besides multiple items being backordered as well. They have not responded to my emails or voice messages regarding my missing items. I have spent $4,000.00 there to get treated like garbage. This company will be going out of business the way they are going and treating customers. If they do not get back to me in a day or two I'm contacting my credit card company to report goods not received. It appears I'm not the only one they have been provide crap service too. They will not be in business long with that type of attitude. If you like hassles and having to wait for a partial or incomplete order then Drone World is for you.

Purchased the DJI Mavic 2 Pro propellers and after receiving them I noticed that they were not exactly what I wanted because they are not the correct ones for the Mavic 2. These propellers are for either the Mavic Pro 1 or the Platinum. Although they will fit the Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom they’re NOT the correct propellers!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a bundle kit and it was missing the remote and carry bag and now they won't respond to me at all! I want what I paid for! They have essentially ripped me off by shorting my order and charging me full price!

Poor super poor customer service, bought a drone a week ago they havent even shipped it. I keep writting emails to see what happened NO ANSWER. They CS PHONE # takes you to straight voicemail ALWAYS. Very Very bad experience, if it wasnt by the other reviews I would be worried Ive been scammed!!!!

I Had a friend who recommended Drone World to me and as normal, I'm like ya ya Drone World. I used my own place that I trusted, or who I thought I trusted. Well to make a long story short I was in a pinch and "my place" really dropped the ball and I needed a Phantom 4 pro + (2.0) yesterday. Well one phone call to Drone World and no stock, guy puts me on hold comes back and not only overnighted the Drone to me. They made the whole process go so smooth and quick, very professional. Thank you Drone World, you got a new customer and I would recommend Drone World over Amazon or any other big box stores.
