Well where do I begin. I purchased a £17.99 course which I didn’t find very helpful and in poor quality I then find out today that 2 x £49.99 payments have been taken from my account which I used to pay for the course (luckily via PayPal so I’ve opened a dispute) at no point was I advised that I would be authorising pre payment of £49.99 per month. There is no way to cancel the plan on line and they don’t send any emails notifying of upcoming charges which would have drawn my attention to a subscription. My confirmation email for the £17.99 course also doesn’t make a reference to the subscription and neither does my account info. Very misleading and they hope to make their money from people not checking their bank accounts. Dishonest and thieving with poor quality products is the only way I can describe this company. I will be making complaints to all social media companies who allow these criminals to advertise. UPDATE - the customer service team refuses to refund any payment - states that they told me about this in the small Print. I’ve opened a complaint with PayPal and the advertisement agency along with all their social media accounts. They should not be allowed to get away with misleading people into signing up to monthly plans. I’ve checked all my emails and the only email I received from them at signup was a welcome email sending me to my account. There is no information in my account / confirmation in my email as to what I had purchased and suggest I take this up with PayPal. FURTHER UPDATE They have agreed to refund 1 month payment. I am still hoping for the second one to be refunded.
Company auto-renews without notice of free trial ending No reminders or enablement for current customer enablement after the renewal, seemingly trying to fly under the radar Company has no way to cancel a membership on their website, you must email a customer support email to cancel I emailed in to cancel my membership twice with no response while the company continues to attempt transactions on my card I will be reporting as fraudulent
They do not have an easy way to cancel the trial subscription & are not from US, but charge from Cyprus which means foreign transaction fees- company shows they are from Las Vegas on web page!!!!
Im Mai einen Kurs für 19,99 € gekauft. Kein Hinweis auf ein Abo. Heute eine Abbuchung von 49,99€ erhalten. Bin gespannt, ob ich da wieder rauskomme.
Good day I emailed support to cancel my subscription and a month later no response and another attempt to debit my account for another months subscription.
ABO FALLE!!! nirgens steht geschrieben dass es sich hier um ein Abo handelt! ich habe Anfang Juni einen Kurs für 19,99 Dollar (€18,53) gebucht und leider gleich gesehen dass es SCAM in der übelsten Variante ist. Darauf hin habe ich 2 Emails zur Kündigung geschrieben und dennoch wurden heute € 46,78 abgebucht!! ich habe keine Antwort von Doggyplan und warne eindringlich davor hier irgenwas zu buchen/kaufen!! FINGER WEG
Ich habe im Mai einen Probezeitraum gebucht, bei dem nicht ersichtlich war, dass es ein Abo ist zukünftig 49,99€ monatlich abgebucht werden. Beim Testzeitraum habe ich schon nach dem zweiten Video gemerkt, dass das Format nichts für uns ist und war jetzt um so überraschter über die Abbuchung! Auf der Homepage selbst gibt es keine Hinweise, wie gekündigt werden kann. Ich habe es jetzt per Mail und über die Support-Seite gemacht und hoffe, dass das ankommt.
Ganz schlechte Masche den Leuten das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Habe nie ein Abo abgeschlossen. Hier sollte ganz dringend der Verbraucherschutz her
I believed that I had paid for a course but was later charged an auto subscription fee. I received no email to stat that I'd signed up to a subscription. I am livid.
Do not trust this company. Dodgy as hell...advertising a discounted program without it being clear in any way that it is a subscription and you will be charged 4x the original price without you being notified of the coming charge until it's already happened. Then they refuse to refund your money. I can tell this is the intent and how they make their money by the way most people on this site are complaining of the same thing.
Yo solo he comprado un curso de 19,90 euros ( malísimo , por cierto) y me han cobrado una suscripción de la que no estaba enterada. Me han timado, espero que me devuelvan el dinero que me han quitado de manera deshonesta.

I was not aware there was an automatic renewal with an automatic payment related to the first purchase I made, when I wrote the company to explain my current situation they were very understanding and helped me get a refund ASAP. I really do appreciate that, it made my experience with the company an excellent one.
I ordered a plan last month for £19.99 and they signed me up for a subscription costing £49.99 which I was not aware of or agreed to. This is not a contract as I have not agreed to it in a way. What a liability praying on peoples good will to purchase something and then scamming you out of your money. Be very vigilant when looking on this website. The videos are also not good quality either. I would like a full refund of the plan I paid for a subscription too.
They auto-renew their subscriptions without notice. Make sure you pay by PayPal. Once they refuse the refund, just initiate the complaint via PayPal, let them know you've done so and they will issue the refund within 5 minutes of the complaint. It's a bit dodgy on their part, but I did get my money back very quickly. On the flip side, they respond to their emails very quickly, literally within 10 minutes. No issues there.
Ordered program for puppy training. Cost was 19.99. Please please read contract. This is not a one time charge. They charged my cad an additional 49.99. I requested a refund for 49.99. As the program did not suit my needs after 30 days. NO REFUND GIVEN!!! Obviously not a reputable company. My fault, was so excited to get a new puppy and train her I did not have my attorney read the contract. Look elsewhere for more reputable companies that will offer refund if you are not satisfied.
COMPLETE SCAM. YOU'LL LOSE MONEY AND GET NOTHING IN RETURN. Signed up for a trial for $17. Then got charged $50 for a subscription. Lost my money and never got any materials. I canceled and it won't let you in the site to download anything you were charged for!
BEWARE! Signed up for a £20 online course. Accessed the plan once to find unwatchable dubbed videos. Didn’t bother using again and just annoyed at myself for wasting £20. 2 months down the line I notice £49.99 subscription fee was being taken from PayPal account. Completely confused as NO MENTION OF SUBSCRIPTION!! No agreement was made and no email to advise this was a subscription. I logged on to doggy plan, struggled to find anything about my account and nothing about a subscription. Emailed them and asked for a refund and if a subscription had been started to cancel it, as was not done with consent. Was told I could have £25 as a good will gesture. When I threatened to review, got the full £49.99 for one month, refused the other month. So £70 down on this company. If you search for a policy it now says ‘The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each week, month, 6 months, year, or otherwise, depending on the option selected by you at the time of purchase) until you cancel.’ I for one did not get given or select any option! £50 a month, Come on who would pay that!! UPDATE - After this review, I received an email asking me to consider changing my review if they were to offer me the full refund. I agreed to update with an honest review. My initial issues remain unchanged but I thankfully have now received my money back! To be fair customer service do get straight back to you and have now rectified the issue. It would have been nice for this to have been done without having to escalate it. They have stated that they apologise for confusion and are working hard to make things more transparent. Let’s hope they keep to their word!
So after reading the comments on here because I was looking up reviews after I too had been charged the £80 renewal cost before the 19th day of the month which was before my six month anniversary I did panic. However I contacted both the company and PayPal in order to get a refund and I received a full apology and refund within 48 hours of my complaint. The resources itself is really useful however I have difficulties and my difficulties meant that the English dubbing on the videos made it too difficult for me to comprehend and it was very difficult for me to process the information that wasn't as refined and succinct as other programs I have seen and so that is why I didn't continue with the six months after the first week of doing a couple of videos I'd made my mind up that I wasn't using the resource anymore. If you also get to the point where you decide that you don't want to use the resource the only way to cancel your subscription is to write an email with the word unsubscribe in the subject area and write using the email that you use to subscribe with I didn't know this at the time and it was only after searching through all the different areas that I finally found an option to unsubscribe so just be very aware that on being told it's not six months but actually three months subscription and that the money will be taken quarterly so this information wasn't clear to me when I paid the one-off fee for the six months and ended up in hot water I'm really pleased that the company were valuing my custom and so out of decency I'm sharing here for others to also be aware that the company are approachable and value customer satisfaction.
Totally impossible to understand the video. The plan is crap. They charge different amounts each month and refused to cancel my plan or refund on the day they took the payment.
