This app is a huge scam. I have sent several emails. The only two reply’s I have gotten are not addressing my issue. Instead they have now blocked and rejected my emails!! I am so upset!!

I sent an email to doggy-plan explaining that I did sign up for their 7 day trial, but that I never used their service; Or signed on to use the website. I asked if refund was possible as I never used their service. The unsettling thing about the company is that instead of explaining why they would should or should not give refund, the message was indirect- E.G per email- why I should continue using their service and if dissatisfied I should keep trying to train my dog and to continue using their product. This was unsettling; As in this is not a customer first business. I feel as if they maybe frauds. Watch out for this company. I asked for a cancellation. I’m waiting to see what kind of indirect response I will get from them. BEWARE!

I think this is a scam. I paid £0.99 to get a dog training booklet, which was useless. I hadn’t seen, in very small faint print, that this was an way of enticing me to their subscription service, paying £49.99 per week for dog training. What a rip-off. I noticed this debit on my bank account and have sent about 15 emails asking for a refund, only to be acknowledged with the same email Each time asking for my reasons and feedback. Does anyone know how this company can be exposed? I would stay well clear.

Steer clear of this company. I paid £0.99 to sign up to a 7-day trial. Didn’t end up using it as they don’t have an app or anything, so it’s all website based which makes it inconvenient for me. To unsubscribe and stop your plan from renewing at a premium rate after the 7-day trial, they say to just give them an email. This is what I did well within the 7-day trial, and all I keep getting is emails from them asking me to provide feedback before they will unsubscribe me. I have told them time and time again to unsubscribe me but they still haven’t done so. I believe this is a delay tactic to make your next payment go through. Luckily, I subscribed using PayPal so went into my PayPal account and cancelled the future payments. Avoid at all costs.
