It does not work and they do not honor the refund policy. This is a scam. Do not waste tour time or money. They are not trustworthy. They canceled my subscription but did not refund my money.
I wish I read these reviews before I signed up for this stupid trial. I was billed today for the next month premium membership and had no idea it would be automatically renewed after trying their one month trial subscription. Looks like I wasn’t the only one getting trapped by this scam. Sneaky way of charging people and not being upfront about automatic renewal, hiding very important information in super fine print. The company is making money by leaching on to your cc and signing you up for automatic renewal. Overall I thought it was mediocre website. Not user friendly. Videos skip sound and freeze. I couldn't get anything out of these videos that was useful for my dog. Doggy plan is a leach business. Be aware and cancel your plan immediately after signing up for it if you do.
The doggy-plan.com has gotten terrible reviews and is difficult to cancel. Should you need to cancel your subscription, here's the billing email which they make very difficult to find on their website (spelled out since this site doesn't allow email addresses: billing dash support at doggy-plan dot com

I wish I could give 0 stars. They charge what seems to be reasonable up front, $19.99. Then the videos are dubbed and hard to follow. Nowhere are they clear that it's a recurring subscription and you will be charged $49.99 a month unless you email them to cancel. So unethical not to make that clear. And they refuse to refund you anything. I didn't notice the first charge, so by the time I caught on to the scam, they won't refund me for the second and I'm out $100!!!
Stay away! They charge 19.99 for what you think is a subscription but then charge 49.99 a month later. You have to actively cancel your subscription. The videos are terrible and not worth 19.99 let alone 49.99.

VORSICHT. ABO-FALLE. Wie schon von den anderen Betroffenen berichtet, wird nach dem eigentlich beschriebenen einmaligen Testzeitraum plötzlich Geld für ein Abo abgebucht, welches nirgendwo erkennbar war. Widerspruch wird abgelehnt, mit Hinweis auf Fristablauf. Werde PayPal beauftragen, dieses Geld zurück zu holen. Kündigung läuft bereits über Support. Nachtrag: Kündigung wurde akzeptiert und Rückerstattung wurde dann plötzlich doch gewährt (welche gleichzeitig bei PayPal beantragt wurde)
timo, compras un plan de entreno y te cobran al cabo de un mes una supuesta suscripción que te deben colar encubierta en las autorizaciones (que si, deberiamos leer, pero ya sabemos todos la cantidad de paja para que desesperes y des al autorizo, ahí está la trampa).Así no se hacen las cosas, una vergüenza, el que no está al tanto irá pagando la mensualidad sin saberlo
**Update do to receiving credit after I left this review and disputed with paypal - only updated from a 1 to a 3 because it shouldn't have taken that to have received a refund - could have received a 5 star review if the response had been positive initally*** As others have said - they give no notice that they are charging you until you see the charge of $79.99. As soon as I saw that on the same day as the charge I contacted them and requested a refund and cancellation. I didn’t ask for the previous charge of $29.99 or $7.99 because I made the purchase. But I wasn’t aware that my time for auto renew was up. It didn’t cover my dogs OCD behavior so I haven’t used it at all and they are refusing to credit me back. I am seeing what PayPal will do for me.

DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM! The trial is scam to get your payment and set it up as automatic subscription without properly stating it. The cancelation is also very convoluted and no way will they refund you even if you act the very moment the payment is made. On top of it, the videos are bad quality with the added music that make it hard to concetrate and understand what is being said, so I can't even say anything about the quality of the insturctions. They may be good, I wouldn't know as I gave up on them.

Doggy-plan advertised a plan for $19.99 in an FB ad, and I signed up for the courses. However, I did not receive an email receipt for the purchase. The next thing I know, I have been charged $49.99 each for the months of May and June. I found this from the credit card charges as there were no receipt emails from Doggy-plan. I went to the doggy-plan site to see my subscription charges, and there is no way I could find my charges and other contract details. Also, canceling the subscription is not easy. Please be careful when signing up for Doggy-plan. This is the first time I encountered a site that does now show what you have signed up for.
I am only on lesson 4 of the first module, and I have already seen huge improvements. The lesson of no longer dividing normal feeding from treats was HUGE. I can already see that there is going to be a huge change in both the trust, and the comfortability between me and my dog. Thank you guys for making such a powerful class so affordable and accessible to anyone. So long as they are actually willing to put in the work.
Fiese Abofalle! Habe über den kostenlosen Testzeitaum hinaus nie etwas abgeschlossen. Heute wurden über Paypall79,99 € eingezogen!!! Habe sofort bei Paypal gemeldet und Support von dieser Firma ein Kündigung/Storno/Widerruf geschickt. Na einigen Hin und Her habe ich mein Geld wieder bekommen. Achtung, wenn man ein Probetraining über ,29,90 € abschließt, sitzt man schon in der Abofalle!!! Die Überraschung kommt dann 3 Monate später!
