Great product and service. One small point - would have been useful to have had an indication on the order and/or delivery note HOW MANY separate packages the order was coming in. As it got delivered to a neighbour, I did not realise that I had not collected from them all three of the packages - only picked up two - and spent an hour trying to resolve a non-delivery with the vendor, when the missing package was next door all the time. Saying 1/3, 2/3 and 3/3 would have made all the difference.

Their courier had issues due to the recent cyber attacks, but the team at Display Wizard were really on the ball and worked really hard to keep me updated. They even dealt swiftly with a question we had over quality. In all a great experience!

This company was recommended to me and they certainly excelled my expectations in the service they provided. The flag arrived very quickly but there was a problem with the delivery of the poles and base. Amy Fenton very kindly kept on the case, even contacting the contracted delivery driver to ensure that we received everything in time for our event. Remarkable. Thank you very much.

This was not a big spend for me - but it was the first time I've ordered branded products (pens and flash drives) and everything worked very smoothly. Display Wizard appears to act as a middleman as they were unaware what the supplier/manufacturer had done in fulfilling the order of an 8 Panel Kit - Blue/Grey Express Delivery plus some accessories. The consignment took longer to arrive than stated and most importantly, lacked any instructions. The panels themselves seem ok, albeit a little flimsy, but given the very reasonable price, one should not expect more. Besides the lack of instructions there were two pieces missing that fix the small header panels on to the panels below. I phoned to complain and to be fair, Display Wizard were very good in attempting to redress the problem. The manufacturer however sent wrong replacement pieces before finally sending the correct items, the day before the stands were needed!! All in all, not a good experience and Display Wizard need to get the manufacturer who supplies the stands to get their act together!
