Ordered a landscape folding literature rack on overnight delivery. The product was delivered within the timeline required and was of high quality - great service, especially as it was the cheapest price I could find.

We found Display Wizard via an internet search and used them for the first time last month to purchase a pavement sign. We were very pleased with the level of service provided. When we received our sign unfortunately there were a few air bubbles on the panel, but on feeding this back to Display Wizard they immediately produced and dispatched a replacement panel which had no bubbles. The way they dealt with this problem was efficient and courteous and we would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending their service.

Too expensive
We are so impressed by the quality of our display bundle and the after-sale service we received, plus the product was very reasonably priced. There was a bit of a mix-up over the deliver date - the email detailing the delivery date stated the incorrect date which was a little inconvenient but staff bent over backwards to help sort this out. Also one item was missing from the delivery but, again, staff were very helpful and dispatched it the following day. Overall, an excellent product and excellent service!

We recently engaged Design Wizard to design and print x2 6ft display banners for an upcoming BD event. We were under a tight deadline, of just 10 days, to get some display banners designed and printed so were looking for a well-regarded company to assist. From the moment we submitted our initial enquiry on their website, Display Wizard made it clear that they were more than happy to expedite our order. The graphic design team were efficient, creative and patient and produced some excellent designs that we were happy to sign off. The next day delivery service was on time and the entire process, from submitting the initial enquiry to receiving the finished banners, took just 4 working days. The banners are of a very high quality, look superb and were extremely good value for money. I would highly recommend Display Wizard to anyone requiring commercial display banners to showcase their brand. We will certainly be using their services again in 2018 and beyond.

Process and information when ordering was helpful. The Display itself looked great, although we didn't realise it was separate panels. However, it would have been useful and saved an hour of frustration if instructions had been included in the boxes.
We needed a backdrop for our exhibition stand and opted for the Evolve Straight Stand. It was easy to upload our artwork and the DisplayWizard team were quick to email us a proof and point out that two images were below the recommended resolution for this size. We knew this already but were pleased that the team contacted us to keep us informed of it. Our next query was regarding the packed size of the display stand. Again, the team were quick to respond to our phone call and emailed us the information we required. Everyone we dealt with throughout the order process was friendly, polite and efficient and we had complete confidence in them. Our order arrived yesterday - the print quality was excellent, the frame was very quick to assemble and it all came in a nice carry bag. We are delighted with the product quality and service we have received from DisplayWizard and would happily use them again.
