The order came through very promptly and it was what I ordered, so I would have been very happy. The 3 star review is because the website jammed in the middle of ordering and then changed my delivery address to my billing address once I'd ordered. This was not my error - I had typed it in correctly. I emailed to them explaining what had happened and asked them to change the delivery address. I got quite a rude email back saying that I should have entered the address correctly on Paypal, and that they would change the address this time, but not again in future. This seemed an astonishing assumption that I would be sure to come back, and I'm still trying to work out how changing an address on Paypal would have helped given that I didn't pay by Paypal. I would never talk to one of my customers like that. A great shame given that otherwise I was pleased with the product, and the problem with the address was rectified, it was just the completely unnecessary rudeness which made me feel bad about the whole dealing.
