Probably not your fault but stamps were delivered on 12th Dec at 1000. (posted on 6thj or 7th) Signed for delivery not activated. Envelope damp twisted and stained. Contents seem useable hpwever. You have paid a lot of money for a very poor service from RM. John May
I’m still waiting for my stamps 100 x second class, order was posted on 30th November and now it’s 12th December. I have had to get replacement from the post office. I contacted them about this and on both occasions was told it’s Royal Mail - very slow at this time of year. When are they classed as missing? I’d appreciate a refund, and will try a charge-back via my credit card. I know it’s not your fault, RM are atrocious. I’ve used this service before with no hassle, but when it goes wrong you need to take ownership and help your clients, not just send excuses.
I've used Discounted Stamps for about 3-4 years. Good prices and an efficient service. I've never had any problems with them. It looks like everyone else has caught onto using them, as there was no standard 1st class stamps left, when I went to purchase my stock before the price hike.

Not sure why charged extra for "signed for delivery" as this is not happening currently with Royal Mail. Delivered on time
