This is my first order and the service was excellent. I knew about this website for some time but I was reluctant to order anything. I thought stamps could only be sold at face value, any old rate stocks would be withdrawn and destroyed by Royal Mail / Post Office whenever new rates come into force. Perhaps DiscountedStamps could clarify that isn't the case to other potential suspicious buyers like myself.
