Took longer to arrive than expected. All Equipment freezes up at times. No mouse sent.

Good deal on my office computer. Wish i had purchased a larger screen but overall satisfied with the computer setup.

The computer is so old. It doesn’t have the ability to run basic programs. I was charged a restock fee when I returned it.

I love the computer it works great In fact I'm head to the ste to purchase one for my new work from home job.

This is the second computer I have purchased from Discount Computer and I am very pleased with it. I don't plan on buying any future computers from anyone else.

If it was possible to give zero stars, I WOULD. I got my computers and immediately, I saw that they would disconnect from the wifi at intermittent times. I called the company, emailed the company, and NEVER GOT ANYONE TO ACKNOWLDEGE AND RESPOND BACK TO ME. This was the BIGGEST WASTE OF MY MONEY EVER. And what hurts more is that as I grad student, I bought this computer and monitors to save on money, and ended on spending more money in the end, as I had to buy another computer that actually works.

should have came with window10 disk. have to take it in to computer repair shop to redo the window 10 and another item that wasn't there

Aside from neglecting to deliver one monitor in the initial delivery, the service received was efficient and courteous.

Review order number 310845, placed Nov. 5, shipped Nov. 7, and expected delivery of Nov. 9. NO PARCEL ever delivered to recipient or to Fedex to be delivered! This was verified by telephone call to Fedex on the morning of the 10th. Only a ticket was generated and no parcel present to affix the label. Lilly, a supervisor, talked me out of a refund and politely informed me SHE would personally make certain that the order would be processed and shipped same day, Nov. 11, and a confirmation would be emailed. SURPRISE! No confirmation, no package...nothing.

I ordered and paid for a system with Windows pro but I was delivered a windows Home . I called the helo desk and emailed the issue. They sent me a Proc License in mail which did not work so I I called and there was no response. So I has to buy and download from the windows store . I think I paid $110 .Have the receipt and can also prove to you that the windows pro was installed in the computer I got from you. Will never again order from you.

The computer was ok the key broad not so great the letters on three key are coming off

The computer I got did technically function. It was rather slow though and didn't come with a graphics card as I had expected. I was giving a chance afterward to order one, but I never received it. Roughly 7 months after I received the computer, it stopped booting up at all. I was able to find a temporary fix, but after another week it stopped working again. And because the case was a non-standard size, I couldn't even upgrade it down the line without ordering costly, specialty parts. All in all I wouldn't recommend buying from this site unless you need a cheap burner computer with little to no power (for some reason). The prices are decently low sure, but if I'm spending about 400 dollars on something I'd prefer if it worked for more than half a year.

I have purchased refurb computers from Discount Computer and I have always been very pleased with their products. I would not buy from any other place.
